What do I do about my bunnies?

So I’m writing this again coz reddit keeps removing my post before I can post.

So I have two rabbits. Theyre roughly 3 months old. The white ones name is Nuah. And the black and white one is Kuuro. (Not sure about the gender so I’ll use he/him for both)

So yesterday, we (family) were all out. And came back home to find them sitting in a corner. When I inspected their playpen, there was fur all around. Black and white. Saw a chunk of skin attached to white fur. I grew concerned and saw that Nuah had been badly injured. The injury was close to his eye. It was a deep cut, like a chunk was missing and when pulled, you could see the bone(?) part. I panickingly called my vet as to what to do. They didn’t give me the vets personal number and basically ghosted us. My mums a doctor so we just applied betadine, trimmed their nails and let them be.

Now the confusing part is, there was both black and white fur inside their playpen. White was Nuah’s but i could not find any injury on Kuuro. Even more confusing part is that Kuuro is the smaller one, he likes to sit on top of Nuah (I’ll attach pics) and I think they both have bonded.

The concerning part is – when we were out, the maid was at home and she heard a high pitched rabbit scream. She didn’t go check thoroughly since she didn’t know what happened. Even our camera was blocked out so we couldn’t see anything in the recording.

After the injury, the next day (today) we went to another vet. He basically told that Nuah’s eye and cornea was all swollen. He even checked the genitals part. Now it becomes weird. Yesterday when I checked them while dressing and trimming their nails, there was no injury on Nuah’s private parts.
We asked the vet what their genders could be. We wanted to know coz we don’t want to be burdened by endless mini bunnies. He informed us that Kuuro might be a male and Nuah a female. Which was the opposite of what the other vet (the one who ghosted us) told us. The vet ( new) also told they both could be females. He gave homopathic meds for them, which we don’t believe in as it has caused bigger problems to us and our loved ones in the past. It became a sour spot for mum as to why a vet is prescribing homopathic things for bunnies.

Now there was an injury on Nuah’s genitals. It was like an absis.

I have recently seen kuuro bringing his face closer to Nuah’s genitals. I’ve noticed this behaviour a lot of times. AND kuuro likes to sit on top of Nuah.

Now my mum, she believes that she can spray the male bunny herself at home since she has experience (but not w animals she’s a human doctor). I denied this thing of her.

Now the most concerning part, just a few minutes ago, I saw Kuuro trying to get under Nuah. And when nuah jumped back, Kuuro started humping Nuah’s head.

Now I kind of think Kuuro is the one who but Nuah’s private parts. And since they’re so young, and their gender can’t be figured out, I decided to separate them
(like one in the playpen and the other in a bigger cage since we can’t let them roam around freely during the nights. They do get some hours of playtime outside the playpen. It’s a pretty big playpen where they can run comfortably).

Now idk what to do, since mum saw Kuuro humping when I pointed it out, she wants to give Kuuro back. As we can’t have them sprayed (there are basically no vet in the area who can perform the surgery well + the expense factor as I’m not earning yet so my parents would have to pay for the bunnies).
I’m pretty attatched to both of them and don’t know what to do.

I still will separate them at night, at least until Nuah heals enough.

I need some guidance from bunny owners.
