Long term yes. As a home base it should be fine.

General rule of thumb is if it’s not large enough for them to run a full lap it’s not big enough regardless of rabbit breed.

When I got my two Holland lops, they had a cage like this for a few weeks, to adjust to being in our home and to have a safe place to go back to. A month or so later, we gave them a puppy pen, and gradually removed the cage, replacing it as their safe area. The puppy pen is only their enclosure at night, and during the day they are free roam. So, similarly to what another user said- the cage is a fine short term home. But it is absolutely not ok for this to be their forever home.

It is too small unless the door is permanently open and you let use it purely for litter/eating and free roam her 24/7. For an enclosed space, a 4×4‘ x pen is the minimum. Check out r/Rabbits for advice.

The base will make a great litter box. Get 2 or 3 x-pens to make a pen.

Use the top of the cage as a hide, drape a towel or blanket over it to make it cosy

Yes unless the bun will be 100%free roam and your just providing them that as a place they can go in and out of freely

It’s good to put it in at night! Get a litter box and let the bun free roam when you can 🙂
