3.5ft is a general recommendation for an appropriate gate height that deters jumping. Many rabbits will attempt a 32″ jump, if motivated.

Lmao years ago I had a bunny who’d sit at my feet and circle them every time I cooked food, and I was nervous I’d trip over him and drop something hot or sharp so I shut him in his little enclosure. The second I started cutting up carrots he just flew over that 1 m fence no problem. Felt like he’d just been humoring me before that

I had to zip tie a plastic panel on the top of the baby gate, I call it mega gate now. She still tries to jump over, little rascal.

Our old bunny used to launch herself over the 4ft dresser blocking her room off no problem.
