In general, Netherland Dwarf rabbits will grow to around 2 pounds (0.9 kg) but if you overfeed your rabbit, this can cause obesity and digestive problems which could lead to death.
Also, each dwarf rabbit receives a size gene (dwarf or normal) from their sire/dad or dam/mom, which will influence the size of your dwarf rabbit as well. But you do not want a double dose of dwarf genes – these result in “peanuts” that do not survive. Learn more about the dwarf gene here:
