A Danish radio host has provoked outrage after killing a baby rabbit during a live broadcast. The program was intended to fuel debate over the cruel treatment of animals by the food industry. The presenter claims he repeatedly beat Alan the rabbit on the head with a bicycle pump, and later ate it with his family. An animal rights activist reportedly tried to stop the killing, chasing the host around the studio.
