My daughters pet rabbit gave birth to one dead kit and was struggling to have any more and was very agitated .. My daughter took her to the vet who scanned her and found one live baby still unborn. She was told the mother would die if the kit wasnt removed and was given two options. To have mother and kit put to sleep or to deliver the kit by means of a cesarean section – a first for the vet! Most opt our due to the cost but they couldnt so went ahead. The mother then rejected the baby so it has now got to be hand reared and this video shows it on day one! So far so good!!
