Dr. Lindsay was brought this little baby bunny by one of the staff at the no-kill animal shelter where she works who had found it in the large fenced in dog yard that they have for their dogs to get exercise outdoors. Unfortunately, one of the dogs found the nest and killed several other babies and the mother rabbit was nowhere to be seen. They took the dogs indoors and replaced the baby bunny in the nest. The next day they checked the nest and the baby bunny was outside of it on the ground and very cold (still no mama) so they took it inside and Dr. Lindsay decided she would try to give to it second chance.
