In this video I go over how to create inexpensive and easy DIY’s for Spring and Easter. I create several pieces to show how you can add these pieces together to make a beautiful, farmhouse display for Spring. I use many items purchased from Dollar Tree. DIY #1: I show how to chalk paint books, decoupage with vintage flower images and then embellish with lace and a messy bow. DIY #2: I show how to paint repurposed bottles using chalk paint. I use mod podge to decoupage vintage rabbit images onto the bottles then embellish with pearl garland, tassels, lace, ribbons, twine, flowers. DIY #3: I show how to make a rosette bow using a 12″ piece of smooth edge burlap by pulling the middle strands out leaving ~6 on each end. DIY #4: I demonstrate how to create cute Easter/Spring decor by using nickel plated and plastic Dollar Tree trays. I paint each tray then decoupage various vintage rabbit images onto each one, then embellish with lace and ribbons. I review 2 items that I bought on Amazon that I would highly recommend and show these items throughout the video.
