Our 13 year old rabbit takes his medicine after having fly strike, because he has been blind for the last few years we check him daily. Lucky for us, as our vet tells us we caught this within 6 hours of the eggs hatching. Only the first syringe has medicine in it the second is just sugar water. He loves the stuff and gets it as a treat for being a good rabbit. The cause of this fly strike was wet fur not a dirty bottom.
