Bunny and Flower Cookies by Emma's Sweets

When decorating your cookies, allow each section to dry in front of a cool fan for at least 15-20 mins before moving on to the next section.

When spraying the sparkle dust on the cookies, do not spray on to freshly iced cookies. Allow the icing to crust over for at least 15-20 minutes and then spray. The cookie will be tacky enough for the product to sit just on the surface and reflect beautifully in the light!

I am using Fondust to colour the fondant that I used in the mold. Wear gloves to avoid staining your hands. If your fondant is tacky, use a brush to dust the mold with cornstarch as seen in the video

After forming the flowers using your mold, allow them to harden slightly before applying to the cookie – a few hours is usually sufficient.
