Rabbit running and splooting – the longest sploot ever!

Here’s a tiny pet bunny rabbit running and splooting. The free range rabbit loves being tickled and then splooting. The rabbit does not sploot all the time – the best time for splooting is right when the rabbit wakes up from sleeping. Upon waking, if the rabbit sees a human, the rabbit will back up, asking for a tickle so that he can sploot. Try splooting your free roam rabbit!

In this rabbit movie, the rabbit wakes up from his sleep. The rabbit then backs up to the girl. The girl tickles and pets the rabbit. The rabbit loves being pet like this, especially after waking up from a nap! The rabbit enjoys the petting and scratching, but the tickling eventually becomes too much for him – the rabbit sploots and runs away using only his front legs. He comes back quickly for some more petting, however! 🙂

This is the longest sploot we have ever seen! The rabbit ran across the whole room. This rabbit splooting must be a new record!

What is splooting? A sploot is a particular stretch some pets and animals do. It’s often associated with corgis, but it’s a behavior that dogs, cats, rabbits, and others do. Splooting is when a pet lays on their belly while stretching their legs out behind them. This rabbit is unusual in that he doesn’t just lay there and sploot, he likes to run away on his front legs! The rabbit always comes back for more petting and nuzzling after his escape, though. It’s very cute!
