My dog startled this bunny in our yard the other day and it wasnt moving very much after that just breathing heavily. I brought it a bowl of water and some leafy greens and put a little roof over its head so it would feel safe. The next morning my mother went to check on him and it caused him to scurry off. I found him later under our deck, being harassed by my dog again. i brought him inside and brought him more greens.
Is this bunny for sure wild? he seems to not be very independent and stays in one spot for very very long periods of time, even allowing people to touch him. If he is not prepared to be a wild animal I'd love to take care of him. What should I do??
