Bunny

First time bunny owner- and I’m a bit confused😅

So, I recently got a bunny from a friend (they got it for their young daughter and we all know how that goes 🫠) she was originally from an Amish sale which was a big red flag but I still wanted to get her to get her out of that house and to treat her better because she was living in a tiny 2‘ x 2‘ wire cage, and didn’t deserve that. I have owned guinea pigs before and I’ve heard that they’re not that different from rabbits so I didn’t figure it would be a giant difference. This is actually the morning after I got her and she’s very sweet. She’s OK with being handled and let me pet her and everything so she seems good! The big thing is, I have always fed my guinea pigs Dumour food, and this rabbit came with a giant bag of small, livestock feed, and they said that’s what was recommended to them to feed her, so should I switch her over to the Dumour food? I’ve heard it’s not the best for rabbits, but I mean it’s gotta be better than the small livestock feed that they’re feeding her.

And additionally, if anybody knows where I can get the Kavee wire panels for a little bit cheaper, that would be amazing- I have her in a small cage right now just to make sure she’s got no sicknesses or anything but I plan on making a two stacked up cages for my guinea pigs to go on top and for her to be on bottom, but man the Kavee cages are expensive 😅
