Hi, my female rabbit who is about 1 year old, she is not spayed/neutered has been doing this every time I let her out of her pen for the last 3 days

Hi, my female rabbit who is about 1 year old, she is not spayed/neutered has been doing this every time I let her out of her pen for the last 3 days, and she’s beginning to scratch and bite me, it’s like she’s completely obsessed with me, but won’t let me hold her or cuddle her as usual, I’ve google and it said it would be hormonal, I just wanted to know how to help this behaviour be lessene, as it is very annoying for me and any guests I have come over I then have to but her in her pen, a lot of articles said give then a stuffed toy to hump so I gave her a safe one, (I also put a thick sock over so she could not pull put and eat the fur) she does hump that instead of my leg then she will go and flop somewhere, also in sacred she will do this to my dog, as he is not a fan of her 🥲he’s a little scared, but if she does what she did in the video to him he may growl/bite her and u would NOT wants that to ever happen, pls can someone tell me what I can give her/help her with and what to do/what not to do, I’m a first time bunt owner btw
