My bunny Bella Carotene is 9 yrs old. She started presenting weepy eye on the left eye. took her to the vet after doing warm compresses of chamomille and eye washes and pet gel with vetericym. she started getting white gunk so I took her to the vet. first time she was prescribed ofloxacin and Enroflaxin because it sounds like she has an upper respiratory infection, cleared up for a bit, came back. Around this time her other eye started weeping. second treatment gentamicin, got better and came back. third treatment was the ointment and the enroflaxin together.
last month they did x rays and a flush. they said her teeth looked good and they cleared her tear ducts.
it was fine for a while but she was still tearing and 3 weeks later the white gunk came back.
now they referred me to an ophthalmologist.
I just wanna know if anyone has experience something like this and what was the outcome and what was the outcome.
