My rabbit is peeing outside of her litter box

My 9 yr old rabbit, Lucy, has begun peeing outside of her litter box. It started when I left for two months to study abroad and I left her in the care of my family. She started peeing infrequently in a part of her cage. Now that I’ve come back, she’s doing it even more (and it’s been roughly 3 months since I’ve been back!). I’ve had her since she was a little baby and has had perfectly good litter box habits until now. She’s spayed, I’ve taken her to the vet where they checked her urine (and blood) and she’s a picture of health. She has no problems jumping into her litter box and peeing there for a majority of the time, so I’m assuming it’s a behavioral issue. The vet even prescribed meloxicam in case it may be related to arthritis and she’s STILL peeing in that little corner of her cage. I have even started using pee pads because she’s doing it so frequently. And yes, I make sure to use white vinegar/water solution to help cleanse the area of any remaining smell so she doesn’t feel the need to keep peeing there, but to no avail. I also tried placing an additional litter box there but she just moves it aside and pee’s in the corner anyways (most of this happens when I’m away for school, running errands, or am asleep so I can’t catch her in the act). Does anyone have any suggestions or any clues on why she might be doing this? Am I resigned to let her keep peeing on the pee pads?
