I’m so close to my trio being bonded but one of my boys keeps getting possessive of my girl

I have a trio (two boys both 10m and one girl 9y) everyone's nuetered and well past the 8 weeks. We've bonded to the point where they're actually totally fine together in their permanent space now and it's where we do our sessions. They've even got through 24 hours together before chaos. The issue is when one of my boys get "amorous" around my girl (circling, humping, or spraying) my other boy goes absolutely loony and really tries to hurt him very very badly. He'll nip him in the butt sometimes through the sessions, but this is straight in for the kill, absolutely not having it, fur everywhere, rolling on the floor madness. My other boy generally tries to back down until he gets cornered and then he has not choice but the kick back which of course makes everything worse. The issue is I know they need little fights to establish the hierarchy but they're not having little fights so no one "wins" before we pull them apart again. If we give them half an hour and let them out again with some distractions (usually a forage pile) then they're totally fine together again. The aggressor is usually the one to give kisses during sessions and through the bars between their pens, the one being attacked typically doesn't give many at all which I feel is confusing things. I'm just really not sure where to go from here. We're just at a stand still because the boys can't seem to work out who's boss. Like I say, they're totally fine for ages, cuddling, sharing food, toys, and a litter tray and jsut general space with no issues. Then one thing happens and all hell breaks loose. We're just so stuck 😭
