He was neglected so he has lots of yellow fur and a crusty forehead😔 I’m not sure if I should use pet wipes on him or not so I have let him be. He’s not scared of me anymore and he lets me pet him and does lots of binkies. His favorite time of the day is in the morning when he gets his pellets lol
