I am in desperate need of help.
So I got my little boy in October, he is now 6 months old, and in the beginning when I got him a toilet he learned very quickly to only pee there. Before I got a toilet for him he would only pee in one corner in his cage, so I put the toilet there with some bedding with pee and poop, and as naive as I was, I thought he would get potty trained relatively early.
I bought an expandable pen for him to give him more space to roam at night and when I’m at work, but I let him out when I am home. Recently I rearranged his pen and attached his cage as I found out it is more easier keep clean that way. I only have his toilet and food in the cage and all his toys and tunnels in the pen. But after I rearranged his pen he only pees on the carpet in the pen, and not only in one spot but along the whole wall on the opposite side of where his food and toilet is. I also bought a little house for him but had to take it out as he always did his business on top of the house. I have booked an appointment to get him fixed in February, and I have read that once they are fixed they tend to be easier to pottytrain, but I would like to know if anyone has any tips for me?
