This is Pumpkin. She’s a BIG bun, probably about 9-10 pounds now and still just a baby!!
Only about a month ago I noticed these brown spots appearing all along her back. The fur is all brushed in the same direction and it’s not just a result of shadows. I’ve never seen a coat pattern quite like this in anyone else’s buns, so I thought I’d share!! As far as I know, she doesn’t have any specific breed except for being mixed with flemish giant 🙂

You can get interesting patterns while the bun molts. It is probably temporary so enjoy it while it lasts 🙂
Beautiful bunny, looks almost like a russet potato in the first pic. Two of my favorite things.
He really looks like a beaver in that last pic.
