My bunny is a big girl and her poops are usually pretty big. She loves to eat and is obsessed with her pellets. This morning she wasn’t so inclined to eat which was unusual. I found clumps of really small, slimy like poops and called the vet. I made an appointment to take her in thinking it could be signs of GI stasis. I took away her pellets and left hay, she ate a bunch of hay and now her poops are back to normal. Pics for reference – side by side is old vs this mornings poop, on the paper towel is fresh poop after the small ones earlier. Should I still take her to the vet? Cost is of course a factor, having to spend $1000 on my cat just yesterday 😅 ugh. Any advice is appreciated!!
