I've had my two male rabbits for six years now.
Ive tried and unsuccessfully tried to bond them a couple of times, but neither wanted to give in to the other and the fighting was traumatic for all involved.
So over the years they've been living by a rather smooth system which ensures they both have ample time of freeroaming the entire apartment whilst the other has half of their room that they both share separately but together.
Recently I afforded them a slither of access to each other. Enough to poke in a nose, but not enough where they could get hurt. The other night out of nowhere, one of my bunnies groomed my other and it has never ever happened before!
I don't want to be hasty and throw them together, whatever happens, I want to do it slowly and stress free. Is there hope that my rabbits could finally be friends? Any tips at this point would be greatly appreciated!
