Normal for bunnies to get a crusty spot / scab?

Feel like I’m not allowed to ask this question but I’m gonna try anyway..

Bun has a pea sized spot/scab on his head – it flakes off when we clean it, but comes back again..

New bunny owner here, suspect it may be one for the vets? 🤔
