I never thought I would have to make this post but I guess this is a part of life… 😞 my Skylee crossed the rainbow bridge this week due to heart failure and I have been devastated since. Skylee took over my heart as soon as I adopted her and her husbun almost two years ago. She was hard of hearing, had trouble with her eyesight, and lived with a head tilt that we monitored closely with the vet but despite all of this she was the bravest and most energetic bun that you could meet. She would always explore new places around my apartment and whenever I had guests over she would side-eye and thump at them to show who’s boss. She loved spending time with her husbun and they were inseparable from the very beginning and have been through some tough times together before moving into their forever home at mine. Both of them ran around my apartment looking for wires to chew and bed frames to destroy 😂 She’s been the star of my Reddit page and I’m sure she stole many other hearts as well with her comfy poses and portable dewlap pillow.
Please give all of your buns a pet and nanners from me. I miss you Skylee ❤️
