Rabbit

G.i success story

First time dealing with G.I after 3 years of rabbit ownership. Moose is usually our most eagerly fed rabbit, so we knew something was wrong when she didn't eat her breakfast.
We did take her to the vets, however £200 later and 3 injections nothing had changed, others may have had success, but i doubt I'd go the injection route again as 12hrs later she still was not eating voluntarily.

I'm unsure if it was correct or not, but we did mix some water to her pellets to create a critical care-like consistency when her critical care ran out in the night.

We did feed her every 4hrs and monitor her droppings, it was like having a new born but i recommend spending the time if you can to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Very scary situation all told, but she pulled through just in time to shed her antlers so I'd call it a success!
