Before I say anything I love my rabbits very much. Im sure many people know that already, and Ive done huge amounts of research and gave them a nice size enclosure to run and hop and binky in since I only live in an apartment with cats and such so they can’t be free roamed till next year when we move to a bigger place. I am currently 19 with a minimum wage job and I work 4-5 days a week for 6+ hours every shift and I also have a lot of house chores as well, I try my best to clean out their entire enclosure atleast once a week while spot cleaning throughout the week. But right now one of my buns is having trouble with their feet and forming sore hocks, i’ve probably already spent well over $1k on my buns but its getting to be really stressful with money especially in this economy, I live in NC. Ive even thought about rehoming them to a more stable living situation. Any advice would help a lot, I have many things to pay for and I of course have access to a vet for them which im taking the one with the feet problems today to but im worried about the money, stresses about the cleaning and saddened that they stay in their enclosure most of the time even though it takes up most of our dining room. What do you think I should do?
