my heart is soooo heavy and i never thought i would have to do this, but im looking to rehome my precious boy in the dallas, tx area. he’s being rehomed due to no fault of his own, it’s just due to allergy issues affecting the health of multiple people in the home. his age is unknown but i adopted him about 3 1/2 years ago from a shelter. judging by his weight based off the time he was adopted to the time he was in the shelter, his vet estimated 6 months, so that would put him at about 4 years old, but again this is an estimate.
he is neutered and litter trained. he lovesss cuddles, cardboard, and timothy hay chews. he is very friendly towards people, but he is veryyy skittish when it comes to picking him up. he did get a rhdv2 vaccine a few years ago, but not the booster. he is scared of cats and dogs and doesn’t do the best with them. he is a pretty big boy and is veryyy active, so hopefully his new home will have a big area for him to run around in. he’s been raised as an indoor bunny his whole life. he’s been a lone bunny, so i’m not sure how he would do with other bunnies, but judging how loving and social he is, i assume he would love it.
rehoming fee is $50. i do have some (opened) oxbow adult rabbit pellets and orchard grass hay that i bought him this week that can also be included with him.
