I feel absolutely horrible because my bunny already despises being groomed as it is. I was doing her big brush as it's been really hot where we are and she's having her big moult.
I hadn't realised that I was making her bald on her lower back because her hair is so long and seemed to be coming out very easily. I eventually noticed two big fat bald patches on each side of her lower back where she usually grooms herself and wanted to cryyy. I feel so bad.
I can't tell if her skin is irritated or if it's just her natural skin colour. She's feeling a bit naked so won't really let me take a proper look at it and I don't want to stress her out even more. She's my first pet so I don't have any prior experience with this.
Is she in pain?? Does her skin look irritated or am I just freaking out? Should I just leave it and monitor or see a vet? What can I do to protect her skin? pls help ðŸ˜
