We use paper bedding for our bunny n since upgrading the size pen he’s in, we’ve noticed there’s SO MUCH BEDDING that’s getting kicked out. 😒 pretty sure he gets the zoomies n does laps 😂
Are there ways to keep the bedding from getting kicked out? Can we just say screw the bedding and put in as a layer in the litter box n put hay on top of it like I been seeing online?

It’s a big xpen he’s in with a bottom that Velcro’s to the sides. Getting rid the bedding worries me cause I’m not sure if he’s only peeing in the litter box or in the bedding also.
Not neutered. Working on that atm. We got scheduled on Cpl months for that.
I’m also worried if I take the bedding away n just put a carpet in he won’t have anywhere to dig. 🤔
