Hi guys, my rabbit has been peeing a orange colour for the past week, I’ve been to the vets about it as he doesn’t eat anything that would cause this and they have put him on anti inflammatory medication and said to stop if any diarrhoea happens.
I called them and they said to stop the medication and monitor him for 24 hours.
The first picture is from today- is this diarrhoea? If not what could it be?

Ever since I’ve got him he also gushes- the vets checked him and said calcium levels might be too high so I now give him things with the least amount of calcium, I changed his pellets, I check all his treats to make sure they haven’t got a high percentage of calcium, I also make sure his greens are fine. I give him a mixture of romaine lettuce, basil, mint, parsley, coriander, mini cucumber and baby corn daily (I switch things around daily it’s not all at once)- I wash them and don’t rinse the water off properly so he has water as he eats them. He also has 2 bowls of water in my room and drinks a little bit a day sometimes when I go to give him fresh water one bowl is empty and sometimes the bowls have gone down a little bit. He also gets unlimited Timothy hay in his litter tray and a hay bag above his litter tray daily, he eats his hay and his poops are normal. I also give him a bowl with a pinch of mixed dried herbs and a tiny bit of dried marigold with a table spoon of his pellets daily (this can vary as sometimes he doesn’t eat it the day I give it to him so I leave it and he eats eat the next day)
He has been neutered- I thought this would stop the gushing but he still gushes although it’s not as often.
The peeing red/orange started about a week ago. He’s also a free roam bunny and has been cage free since August, he has not peed or gushed on my bed after I got him neutered in August up until now. He has peed on my bed every single night since he started peeing this colour (my bedsheets are screaming at me every time I wash them). I have also noticed he has started to sit looking very hunched over I do not have a picture of this but next time I see it I will put it in the comments.
Please help me! I really do not know what to do ☹️ I hope I have provided enough information for you guys to understand what’s going on.
