My vet just called me to let me know my 5.5 year old bunny has low WBC (3.6). He suggested I bring him back in 1-2 months to retest as sometimes stress can cause it and if it's low again then the may want to do imaging. Curious if anyone else has had these type of results before and retesting showed a good range. My concern is that the vet said stress can cause it as well as time of day, and my bun is TERRIFIED at the vets. Bloodwork was just done as part of his annual exam since he is starting to get up there in age. He has no health issues. (FYI- I'm 100% following the advice and will bring him back, just curious about others' experiences)
