Hi all. It's Sunday evening and I've already spoken to the vet and have an appointment tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone else who's rather had LECA or TECA had scar tissue formation 1.5 years or so after surgery that caused one part of their mouth to pull upwards.
He has some facial asymmetry that seems to have happened rather suddenly and I'm not sure if I didn't notice or if it was gradual or what has happened but I definitely notice now that the ear surgery side of his face is pulled up around the mouth. It's not that one side is drooping, it's that there is tightness on the surgery side. But it definitely didn't happen right after surgery and the insurance says it can happen now because it takes like 2 years for it to fully heal.
Any input is welcome.
