Do bunnies ever grunt from excitement?

My girl Moose (picture included of course) has recently found her voice… she has started grunting (we call it honking; she does it when excited as opposed to angry, and it also sounds different than her normal angry grunts) when anticipating a treat. She does two kinds of honks: the first one is a very loud grunt often paired with a thump (which is the peculiar thing because thumping and grunting aren't displays of positive emotions?) before she jumps on mine or my brothers bed either when I am giving her a treat, or when she is waking up my brother to feed her; the second one is a quiet rapid sound that she does almost in unison with her breathing as she is trying to get a treat from my hand. At first I thought the second one may be indicative of a breathing issue (?) but she doesn't do it often and also shows no other signs of a breathing problem. I just find this behaviour strange because I have heard of bunnies "oinking" when being pet, but she hasn't done that and neither did my other rabbit.
