Hey folks! So we’ve had our newest rabbit Walter for about a month or so. He’s been doing great around the household but unlike our previous rabbit Noel who passed way about a year ago (RIP 🥲) we’re having a much harder time picking him up or just handling him in general when needed.
Even early on Noel was a lot more comfortable with people handling him but Wally will instantly kick and claw if you try to pick him up. Even just trying to pet him annoys him from behind.
I know some rabbits just may not be as cuddly and that’s that, but are there anyways to get Walter more comfortable around being handled for when we need to pick him up and move him because we’ve basically had to herd him back to the pen when we need to.
