So I got these buns about a month or so ago, I named them Pope and Heyward and they have been lovely, I fell in love with them the moment I saw them. I had two other opportunities which I turned down cause it didn’t feel right. My friend who has had bunnies and other friend who’s husbands a bunny breeder has warned me about fighting. I’ve been blaming myself for letting them loose cause I think they walked away from each other and that cause this. However my friends have been blaming the rescue for being negligent and sending me home with 2 males. Video attached was the second fight in about 45 minutes I separated them right after that. I am moving and won’t have the ability to give them both substantial space or free time. I want him in a home where he can get everything he needs. I do not want to send him back too the rescue but my only option is rehoming him. I left a voicemail to my farm high school cause at least one person should remember me but I’m unsure if they have room. Is there any way to rebond them or is rehoming Pope his best option?
