My rabbit (2yo, castrated male, minilop) has this weird lump on his face right between his eye and nose. It feels soft when I touch it and he doesn't flinch. He's eating normally, pooping normally and isn't letharic at all. What could this be? He also seems to have some nose discharge only on one side.
