Simon’s been acting weird lately, is everything ok? Please help

So. We have two issues.

1. He eats more dry food than hay. Maybe it's because the litter box is closer to dry food dispenser than to hay? Before we adopted him, he was eating mostly dry food. Is this ok?

2. He's not very active. He prefers to sleep a lot and sometimes doesn't care when we open his aviary. He's more interested in napping and eating than in free roaming. Is this ok?

He's 2 months old and we adopted him a week ago.
