Bunny

Need advice! I think my rabbit might be bloated or have Gl stasis but I can’t go to a vet for another 2-4 hours

My rabbit, Cheese, passed what looked to be cecal dysbiosis last night (about 8 hours ago). His behavior thankfully hadn't changed, was still eating his hay, and didn't show any signs of pain (as far as I could tell), so I left him alone for a couple hours to see if his poops would improve.
When I checked 5 hours after, he left some small cecotropes and mildly orange pee.

I stayed with him for 2 hours, massaging his belly, trying to gauge how much pain he was in, and looking up what I should be doing. His stomach seems hard (though I'm not entirely sure) and the gurgling seemed to be lessening??
He's still behaving normally and eating his hay, but I'm really stressed, especially since he's my first bunny.

Should I take him to the vet or will he be okay as long as I take extra good care of him?
