Ear polyps in bunnies

Hello! 🌙

This is my bunny man, Momo 🌱
He is almost 9 years old
He is brachycephalic and due to this, he has had health issues often. From bad teeth to ears.
Currently he has two polyps in his inner ears, one in each ear. They are small, like small balls and do not obstruct his ears.
My bunny is being followed by a vet since his birth, a rabbit savvy vet. I got there pretty much monthly.

He has had these for like a year now. He doesn't really notice them, doesn't scratch his ears or anything. The wax builds up a little more so I have been giving him ear drops weekly. I also have been running tests from time to time to make sure he doesn't get an ear infection.

I talked with my vet and surgery SO FAR is not an option. My rabbit is happy and active and doesn't really have any major symptoms.
Surgery is extremely invasive, he is old, it could leave him with torticollis if the polyps run deep. Plus his ear canal is so tiny it would really hard to even do the surgery.

My vet said he could turn deaf from the polyps long term but so far nothing.

I just wanted to know if anyone had experiences with ear polyps in their bunnies!

Also wanted to ask if anyone gives two oxbow support tablets at the same time? I'm currently giving the digestive one to my bunny, daily, for a year now. I was wondering if giving him the joint one as well would be fine.

Thank you for reading and for the feedback 🙏🩷
