Hey fellow bunny parents! I know rabbits molt regularly, but is it normal for them to shed this much in the middle of summer? My little fluffball is leaving tufts everywhere, and while I know molting is natural, I just want to make sure it’s not a sign of poor health or dietary issues.
His diet is mostly hay (unlimited Timothy), fresh greens daily. No sudden changes in behavior or appetite but the fur explosion is real. Should I be concerned, or is this just a "bunny being a bunny" thing?

My bunny has shed this much before, especially when she just starts shedding. It calms down after a week or 2, but honestly I don’t think I’ve had her not shed for more than 1 month at a time😩. Unless you see bald spots, or clear skin issue I think theirs fine.
Yes, my male bunnies are shedding a lot, the females not so much.
