So I have the kind of litter box where the poop drops down to the bottom tray where I have the recycled newspaper type litter. It seems like ever 7-8 months I have to toss the box and get a new one because my boys pee seems to change the smell of the box itself. I’ve tried wiping it out every other day with baby wipes but I can never get the accumulated smell out. Do you have any tips? Getting a new box twice a year seems wasteful.
