New to Rabbits – Breed ID and advice please?
Meet SoyBuns! He is 14 months old and is coming to live with me in 2 weeks. I am doing research to help him live the best happiest most successful life! But there is so much to learn. So a few questions: What breed do you think? For owners with dogs and cats, how do you introduce to dogs and cats (if you did). What toys (with links please) would you recommend? I plan on getting him neutered and he will have a fully enclosed hutch inside to recover… however after recovering I plan to let him free roam with supervision in a 12 by 12 living room and only live in his 20 square foot hutch when me and hubby are away or sleeping. Any advice is soooo appreciated ❤️
Please note, I am not looking for advice if you think I should have a rabbit or not, and whether free roaming for 16 hours a day and a hutch at night is appropriate. He is living outside in 100 degree weather by himself, limited socialization. Sixteen hours a day of free roaming and love / attention and financial means to provide all supplies is surely a better situation.
