Bunny Diet Help

Hello all,

My bunny has been having some digestive issues recently and I was looking for advice on what I could do to help him.

He has a vet appointment but they can’t see him until next week.

He is 10 years old, never had an issue before, and his daily diet has consisted of hay, hay pellets/rabbit food, and carrots. He has recently been eating less and having small/loose poops. Additionally, he was drinking and peeing a lot. His appetite has slowly started coming back and his drinking is starting to be more normal, but he is not having normal poops yet.

I did a little research and realized carrots are not the best food for him and have switched this to romaine lettuce, which he seems to be eating. I also learned that just hay may also help his digestion but he is a picky eater and doesn’t seem to want to eat the hay by itself.

I was hoping someone could give some recommendations on what I can give him while also keeping up his appetite while we wait for the vet appointment.
