He had a bunch of nasal discharge and was having trouble breathing, the vet suctioned his sinuses out and gave us antibiotics etc.
Today he can breathe well enough through his nose to drink out of his water bowl (I was feeding him with a syringe the past few days) and he’s eating hay.
He hates being in my room so I let him back to his big enclosure and he seems a lot happier, even though he’s mostly just loafing.
He’s also lost a bunch of weight not eating properly so I’m going to try fatten him up with pellets & extra greens.

Also he keeps wiping boogers all over his face & paws trying to clean himself 😭 I’ve tried wiping him down but I think he might need a bath in a week or two once he’s better.
He is so gorgeous, I hope he makes a full recovery! It’s so hard when they’re unwell 🙁

How miserable for him…rabbits can’t breathe through their mouths…so if they can barely breathe through their nose, it will be one helluva struggle. 😭
