8 year old well trained rabbit suddenly teething on everything and refusing hay

Chili, my about 8 year old rabbit (age is an estimation, she’s a rescue), has suddenly stopped eating her hay and wants to teethe and chew on everything. The hay we got her recently is slightly different than the hay she’s had in the past (still timothy hay, just kind of harder pieces and more yellow rather than green), but we’ve never seen her outright refuse to eat hay before. She’s still super active and spry, but all of a sudden wants to chew all the carpets and walls. She’s accepted some greens and treats, but no hay. We’ve been syringe feeding her critical care to make sure she’s still getting nutrients, but does anyone have any idea what might be going on with her? She’s not lethargic at all and is still drinking a lot of water, just minimal poops that are a lighter color than i’ve ever seen, but very minimal hay consumption. We’re going to get her some new hay and see if she takes to it, but otherwise back to the vet she goes.
