Ears back but he’s relaxed and splooted ??

Internet tells me ears back means angry or scared. Zen has been laying with his ears back the past few days but it is always while he is splooted, loafed, next to his wife, or asleep. I’m confused?

I had always thought if ears are up it’s scared/on guard for noises

  2. bunnies arent like dogs or cats they put their ears back when they’re chilling you can see it better with up eared buns where they actually fold their ears together and lay them on their back
