This is an elderbun? He looks no older than my three year olds, this is amazing! And it definitely looks like a win to me otherwise the heating pad would probably be pushed away or destroyed

Awww, that’s precious! I think that he does appreciate it, but that bunnies dislike standing on things that aren’t firm. Our buns won’t use pillows and baskets either, and they will go on the bed but don’t want to sit on the duvet. Maybe it takes time for them to get used to it, maybe they’ll continue to think that it’s too wobbly.

I have the same one! We have our bun’s enclosure in an addon porch, so we put this underneath his straw house in the wintertime. He snuggles up in there with his blankets and stays nice and cozy

My mammoth used to love to rest his head (chin as the contact area) on a warm wet towel which I held in my hands. So yeah, I assume they like to rest their chins on warm things. Your bun knows what he’s doing, definitely a win 🙂
