Advice in bonding needed

This is my baby Wilson, he is 2 years old and weights 2 kilogram, and the sweetest bunny ever. He LOVES being petted and can stay on your legs for a whole hour if you continuously pet his head. He has a very calm personality, runs for 10 minutes and then gets bored and just nap all the time.
We decided to get another bunny, and now we have since like 2 months ago another bunny, a Female called Winny and she was 9 weeks old when she came to us.
She and Wilson were sleeping in separate spaces until bonding was completed and during a month and a half everything was totally perfect. They snuggled together, and groom each other.
A week ago we heard a scramble at 3 in the morning and we separated them again, and when we tried to bond then again Winny immediately when to bite Wilson, such a bad luck that she grabbed his floppy ear and nipped it a bit. And further trying was saldo very unsuccessful. Since them we just keep them separately, but it’s so sad because Wilson miss her terrible and it’s always looking for her. What else can we do?
Additional information: Wilson is castrated (a year ago), while Winny isn’t because she is still too young.

Very human eyes in the way a dog’s eyes are human

Just wait until she’s fixed and healed and then I would car bond them. Bring them on a ride in the same box and unfortunately it helps them almost trauma bond in a neutral space because they’re unfamiliar and not defending anything.

With two people ideally. One tending the box while one drives

So, Winny was ~4 months old when she started to scramble with Wilson, right? In that case she might have become sexually mature and started behaving like that because hormones promote territorial behaviours. I don’t really know if there’s anything to do until she gets sterilized. Probably her attitude won’t change until then.
