I’m hoping to maybe start a new thing here. Where we share our playpen where our bunnies live when they don’t free roam tru the house when we are not home/asleep. The idea is that uplifting feedback or maybe some tips are given in the comments so every bun can have a nice/safe playpen. And maybe we can have some inspiration to add things to our own playpen.
This is my buns playpen and as far as I can tell they love it! Even when I’m home and so the door is open, they spend most of their time in there. (This was right after a deep clean haha so normally the toys are all over😉)

If your bunnies prefer to spend time inside the pen rather than outside of it, clearly this pen is working for them!
It looks great and the fact they willing choose it means they’re comfortable with it and you, yay!
How high is it? The only thing that might be a concern later is if they jump over it. I have a climber and had to get a 42″ tall ex-pen. Saw her go over a 2 foot gate like it wasn’t even there. I used a piece of wire fence over the top of it when she was healing from her spay surgery. She’s Fearless, or ridiculous.
Can I ask where you got your hay bag? I’ve bought a couple of hay bags that look like yours from Etsy but they had thinner fabric so they fall apart really easily. That one looks like it would last a lot longer
Looks great, but I do wonder where they pee/poop?
Love the idea of sharing our buns’ living arrangements and hopefully inspiring others who still use cages to upgrade!
This is a great idea to share the bun setups. Others can get some really good ideas and have happy buns!
