First pic is the complaints list. They have my original complaint and one front yesterday. All I did yesterday was ask for an update though. The next two pics are the case details. Does anyone know what they mean or if the indicate how the case is going? The dude told me to call on Wednesday when I called on Monday but I’m just so anxious. The heat is miserable and there’s an air quality alert.
